Return Eligibility

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the order must follow the standard return procedure after delivery.

We encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible if they wish to request a cancellation.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered fulfillment.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.

We do not provide refunds for delivered orders without receiving the returned item first.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@stolleen.net so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly before opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider.

We are committed to resolving problems quickly and fairly through direct customer support.

Please note:

If a chargeback is opened while a refund or return is already being processed, this may delay the resolution and may prevent us from issuing a direct refund.

Refunds cannot be processed once a chargeback investigation has been initiated by your payment provider.

To avoid unnecessary delays, we kindly ask customers to contact us first so we can assist with the fastest possible resolution.

Abuse of chargeback claims, including duplicate refund requests after delivery or after a refund has already been initiated, may be disputed with supporting evidence including delivery confirmation, customer communication records, and refund attempt history.
